Salmon soup March 31 2015

What a lovely day! The evenings are still cool, so for dinner I'll cook some of this lovely salmon soup. Here's there receipe for you too!

800 g of salmon (without skin)
800 g of potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot chopped to pieces
salt to taste
little bit of butter
2 dl wipping cream
1 l of water
dill
10 all spice peppers or white pepper about
1 fish stock cube

Add the chopped onion with butter to a large enough pot. The onion needs to be cooked until translucent, then add the diced potatoes and carrot, water, the stock cube, peppers and cook until the potatoes and carrots are done. Add salmon dices, cream and salt to taste. Bring to the boil and the dinner is ready to be served - the dill can be added directly to the plates.
